Atlanta Botanical Garden Lights

Saturday night I took my little brother to the Garden Lights at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. At a cool $41.50 for the two of us to go, I maybe expected too much out of the trip. Somehow, I've never been to the gardens before period. That might make me a bad Atlanta resident. This sounds like a terribly negative review. It's not. We had a great time, I took a lot of fun pictures, but I don't think I will be going back. Also, I wouldn't recommend waiting in line for the Rainforest adventure, but I would recommend getting a drink from the bar first. Anyways, here are some of my pictures! I recently bought a "nifty fifty" lens so I figured why not figure out how to use it by taking pictures of Christmas lights?
Have you been to see the lights? What did you think about them?

    this is actually something I've never done in Atlanta. I ALWAYS forget about it. The lights are sooo pretty!

    I've never been either! I always forget about it and then it's too late! I love looking at Christmas lights! My family would go down to Callaway Gardens every year to view those when I was little!

    oh my god, we used to go to Callaway every year too! I think that's what set the bar so high!

    Our botanical garden does the same thing and it's a fun trip - not quite as expensive as yours though! I haven't been in a few years - maybe I can convince the BF to take me this week :)

    I love Gardens of Light I went to ours as well and I loved it I really needed the push into the festive season :)

    I've NEVER been to see the lights at the Botanical!! Actually, my husband and I just visited the gardens for the first time over the summer. Whoops.

    We just went to Callaway last night. Oh, its still one of my favorite places!

    I do love Christmas lights so, I want to see one of those houses that goes to music in real life. I've never seen one in person!

    I love Callaway! We used to go every year as a kid! I would totally suggest going to the Botanical Gardens on a school night instead of waiting until a Saturday like we did!
