It's that moment, where just for a second - maybe a little less, where you start to think "I could bring him home, my family would love him. I could see myself with him for a long time. I could see myself getting married"

That's where it all goes south. That's where you lose control. Let's be honest, I don't like to be the one to lose control. Obviously I should have known better than to let my guard down to begin with. Then I wouldn't be sitting here thinking about it 5 months later.

Monday's are for Margaritas

Sadly, I'm out of margarita mix. I'm considering this  recipe since I do have some cranberry juices.

I'm trying this new thing, where I have a short-term goal (in comparison to most of my goals) to get in bikini shape before bikini season. I've found some youtube videos for "bikini boot camp" and it's happening. I don't necessarily want to lose weight as much as I want to build muscle. I don't want just a little flat tummy, I want cute little abs. Not like body builder abs, just a little bit of shape to wear I look skinny even if I'm just sitting.

Let's see if we can do it! I'm looking at 15 lbs in 45 days. Heeere we go!

46 Days.

Our home opener is 46 DAYS AWAY. To put that in perspective, its 33 business days. 6 and a half weeks. Literally right around the corner. For all intents and purposes, it's March already. That means April is only a month away. The offseason seems like it's never going to end, and then on Valentine's day, it all gets real. Pitchers and catchers start reporting to Arizona and Florida, people start realizing they need to buy season tickets, twitter is overwhelmed with signings, health updates, pictures of BP, and players start tweeting about Chipotle, or the lack of Chipotle near their training complex.

All of a sudden you panic, are we going to be ready in 46 days? We don't even have our Promo Team shirts in! I haven't even ordered the Kids Club t-shirts. What do you mean I have to start delivering my season ticket packages next week? Am I going to have enough khaki shorts to get through a homestand? I should get more.

So to hopefully give me some sort of feeling of control or at least to keep track of the days, I plan on writing every day about something that goes on "behind-the-scenes" or, as we like to call it, at work.
