Let's Talk About Netflix

Today's weather is absolutely abysmal. Cold, rainy, looks like we're finally going to get the fall weather we've been wishing for this weekend. Which gets me thinking "oh fantastic, more time to stream Gilmore Girls!" I generally watch my Netflix streamed from my phone onto the Chromecast, which I highly recommend. Recently, they added the autoplay option to the phone app, you know so the next episode plays automatically. This addition is both great and also the reason I've watched so much more Netflix than I usually do. Here are my top five October Netflix releases!
Gilmore Girls // because, duh. Also I just love that show. If you don't love it, I assume you've never seen it and I'll try to get you to watch it. It's the best. Even Paris grows on you!

Tombstone // I didn't even find out about Tombstone being on Netflix until like, super late last night, while I was on my fourth episode of Gilmore Girls and I totally flipped. Tombstone is probably my favorite cowboy movie there ever was. I could watch it twenty million times and not be tired of it. Now that Netflix has it, obviously I will.

Romeo + Juliette // If you don't get excited about a Leo movie, you can just go ahead and move on. This movie is incredible. Leo is the perfect Romeo. I watch this movie + ugly cry every time even though I know how it ends. Just like Titanic.

Galaxy Quest // because we need something to pick us up after the emotional rollercoaster that is a Shakespear tragedy. Also, this movie is great. Tim Allen playing a space person in real life you keep waiting for him to say to infinity and beyond! OH and Alan Rickman. Don't forget Snape is in this movie too!!

So so so excited to spend my downtime watching these + more! You can find a list of all of the October releases here! What are you excited to stream on Netflix?

There's really not much to say about the UGA Vandy rivalry, it's always the homecoming game no matter which team is home [if we're home, it's our homecoming, if they're home, it's theirs] but this video needed to be included today, happy homecoming!!

September :: Through The Lens

One of my September goals was to take more pictures so that this post would have pictures from more than one weekend! I think I kicked that goal in the hiney, let's talk September through the lens!

row o n e // more Georgia games, there's never enough | sweetwater reunions | roommate surprises

row t w o // family Braves time | all of the dog pictures! |  if I bought my fancy camera, so I had to take a picture of it right?

row t h r e e // just the most delicious jalepeno poppers | margs on the rooftop | HOLDING THE BLOG BATON!

Speaking of Instagram, you should definitely follow along so that you don't miss the fun shots, like this gem:

I'm kinda good at #tbt, if I may be so bold. May the force be with you! What kind of pictures did you take last month?
All That's Glittered

Wait, She's Saying "Black Widow Baby?"

If I don't take a picture with pumpkins or my shoes in pretty leaves today, will I still be able to call myself a blogger? I feel like that's literally all that my Instagram feed is today. The high today is 87, so nothing says fall like a temperature that high, am I right? Anyways, it's Wednesday, so it's time for confessions!
Vodka and Soda
That Black Widow song came on in the car when we were sitting in traffic coming back from Athens on Saturday, and I was singing along, I thought the words were "I'm gonna love you like I'm packed with a baby" instead of "I'm going to love you, black widow baby" or whatever. packed. with. a. baby.

Last night my roommate and I realized that we could throw Bear's ball at the ceiling when our neighbors start misbehaving and we definitely did that a bunch of times. Stay tuned, because it's only a matter of time before we make a bad throw and break all of the things in the kitchen. Or they might call the leasing office on us..
I wanted to do the #Blogtober14 linkup today, but I could explain what I would do if I won the lottery in one short little list: payoff all of my credit card bills, student loans, etc., buy a jeep wrangler, and then quit my job and travel the world until the money ran out. Maybe I'd put some in a savings account for when I got done traveling. That's it.

Yesterday, when I found out that it was the 16th birthday of Baby, One More Time I maybe cried a little that a song I remember being released was old enough to drive a car. I mean has it really been SIXTEEN YEARS? I don't deal well with getting old y'all.

Saturday we had to sit in our actual seats since they've oversold student tickets and we can't us our student ID's to get into the student section without using them to come in the gate. Our actual seats were in the 600's. SO CLOSE TO THE SUN. I was wearing sunscreen, but still managed to get fried. Even better than my nose looking like Rudolph's is the bangin' cowboy boot tan line I have on my legs. SUPER cute y'all.

That's all I have today! I'm off to plan a visit to the pumpkin patch ASAP [can you believe my roommate has never been to one?!] What do you have to confess today?
